Select the corresponding specification of steel wire rope core according to the tensile requirements of the usage scenario, and prioritize thick PVC coating for humid or corrosive environments.
Core Material: Mostly made of 304/316 stainless steel or high carbon galvanized steel wire rope. 304 stainless steel has strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for humid environments. The high carbon galvanized version has high cost-effectiveness and stable load-bearing performance in conventional scenarios.
Weaving Structure: Two common weaving methods: 7×7 (49 wires) and 7×19 (133 wires). The 7×7 structure is relatively soft and suitable for bundling and pulling. The 7×19 structure has more wires and higher tensile strength, making it suitable for small-scale lifting operations.
Coating Details: The outer layer of blue PVC coating has a uniform thickness, with an error controlled within 0.1mm. The surface has subtle anti-slip textures, which improve friction for manual operation and reduce coating wear. Some high-end products use food grade PVC material, which has no odor or harmful substance release and can contact fresh food.
