The structure of multiple thin steel wires makes the steel wire rope easier to bend, suitable for scenarios that often require bending and winding, such as elevator speed limiters, stage lifting equipment, and small lifting machinery.
Fine steel wire disperses the stress points, making it less prone to local stress concentration during repeated bending, and has a longer service life than steel wire ropes with coarse steel wire structures.
Made of 304 or 316 stainless steel material, it can effectively resist corrosion in harsh environments such as humidity, acid and alkali, and has better corrosion resistance than ordinary galvanized steel wire ropes.
The breaking force of a single steel wire rope can meet the lifting and traction needs of small and medium loads. Generally, a 7x19 stainless steel wire rope with a diameter of 10mm can have a breaking force of 5-7 tons.
