- Strong structural stability: Seven steel wires are symmetrically twisted with one at the center and six at the periphery. When subjected to stress, the stress distribution is uniform, making it less prone to torsional deformation and suitable for long-term constant tensile strength.
- Excellent anti-corrosion performance: The thickness of hot-dip galvanized coating can reach 20-60 μm, which can effectively isolate air, moisture and steel wire substrate from contact. Its service life can be increased by 3-5 times in outdoor humid and saline alkali environments.
- High tensile strength: The tensile strength of a single wire can reach 1270-1670MPa, and the breaking force of the entire stranded wire is about 15% higher than that of a single steel wire of the same diameter, balancing flexibility and load-bearing capacity.
- Installation convenience: The single strand structure has moderate flexibility and does not require complex pre tensioning treatment. It can be directly wound and fixed, reducing construction difficulty.
