Mechanical properties: The tensile strength can reach 1570-1770MPa, and the breaking force is 10%-15% higher than that of multi strand steel wire ropes; Excellent anti torsion performance, the single strand structure avoids the problem of twisting and loosening of multi strand ropes.
Corrosion resistance: 304 material can withstand ordinary humidity and mild acid-base environments; 316/316L material can be used in highly corrosive environments such as oceans and chemicals, and can withstand salt spray testing for over 1000 hours without significant corrosion.
Wear resistance: The surface is smooth and the contact area between steel wires is small, the friction coefficient is low, and the wear rate is about 20% lower than that of multi strand ropes in reciprocating motion scenarios.
- Common specifications: The diameter range is from 0.5mm to 10mm, with 1mm-3mm specifications mostly used for precision instruments and 5mm-10mm specifications suitable for heavy machinery traction.
- Customization options: Surface coating (such as nylon coating), special twist direction (left twist/right twist), cutting length can be customized according to needs, and pre straightening treatment services are provided to reduce the straightening process after installation.
