1x19 is a type of single twisted steel wire rope with a structure consisting of one central steel wire surrounded by 18 steel wires, totaling 19 steel wires twisted together without fiber rope core. The galvanized layer is a metal protective layer formed on the surface through hot-dip galvanizing or electroplating process, enhancing corrosion resistance.

• High strength and low flexibility: Single twist structure ensures even stress distribution with 10%-15% higher tensile strength compared to multi-twist steel wire ropes of same diameter. Suitable for static or low bending frequency applications.
• Corrosion resistance: Hot-dip zinc layer (20-60μm) for harsh outdoor environments; electroplated zinc layer (5-20μm) for scenarios requiring high surface accuracy.
• Structural stability: Tightly twisted wires resist loosening or deformation, capable of withstanding significant radial pressure.
