- Strong structural adaptability: The 8-strand Seale style (S) twisted structure features wear-resistant outer thick steel wire and flexible inner thin steel wire, perfectly matching the bending and friction requirements of elevator pulleys and reducing the risk of steel wire breakage.
- Excellent anti-fatigue performance: The twisting direction of the steel wire inside the strand is opposite to that of the rope, offsetting rotational stress and reducing fatigue damage caused by frequent elevator starts and stops. The service life is extended by more than 30% compared to ordinary structural steel wire ropes.
- High safety redundancy: With a multi-strand and multi-wire design, the breakage of a single steel wire will not immediately affect the overall load-bearing capacity, meeting the high safety standards of the elevator industry and ensuring passenger safety.
- Excellent corrosion resistance: Available with hot-dip galvanizing or aluminum alloy coating, it can resist harsh environmental erosion such as moisture and dust, and is suitable for various elevator scenarios including residential, shopping mall, and outdoor applications.
- Good operational stability: Uniform structure and high roundness of the rope body ensure smoother contact with the pulley during operation, reducing elevator shaking and noise while enhancing the elevator riding experience.
