Heat Resistant 6x19 310S Stainless Steel Wire Rope 8-20mm for Furnace Kiln Industry
In furnaces, kilns, heat-treatment lines and other high-temperature processes, ordinary rope fails quickly, so we manufacture a heat-resistant variant from AISI 310S stainless steel. This alloy carries a high chromium and nickel content that forms a tightly adherent oxide skin, letting the rope resist scaling and oxidation at elevated temperatures where carbon steel and 304 would rapidly deteriorate. The 6x19 construction balances flexibility with a strong, abrasion-resistant outer surface, so the rope withstands the dust, scale and mechanical wear typical of industrial furnaces while still bending around sheaves. Diameters from 8mm to 20mm cover hearth, conveyor and door-operating duties, and tensile grades of 1470 and 1570 MPa are available to suit the load. Each production run is inspected for diameter, lay and tensile, giving plant engineers a traceable, dependable high-temperature rope for continuous operation.
