What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 96 pcs but we accept lower quantity for trial orders. Please tell us your required quantity and we will calculate the cost accordingly.
Can I get samples?
Yes. We provide existing samples for free. Custom designs require a small sample charge which is refundable when order reaches certain quantity. Shipping via FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL takes 2-4 days.
How long is the sample lead time?
Existing samples: 2-3 days (free). Custom designs: 5-7 days depending on design complexity.
How long is the production lead time?
1 day for MOQ. Daily production capacity is 3,000 sets. Within 10 days, 5,000 stockless orders will be completed.
What file format do you need for custom designs?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR or PDF. Our in-house designers will create 3D drawings for mold or printing screen for your confirmation.
How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. Provide Pantone color codes or we can recommend popular colors.
Do we need to pay mold cost again for reorders?
If size doesn't change, you only pay once. Molds are typically usable long-term.
How many samples will I get before bulk ordering?
First sample with your logo for quality confirmation. Confirmed sample sent for comparison with bulk order.
What is the MOQ for printed logos?
MOQ for printed logos is 300 sets. For stock items, lower quantities may be accepted.
What if there are quality problems with bulk orders?
Send test report. We will investigate and provide compensation within 10 days if issue is factory-related.
Do you have FBA service to Amazon?
Yes, FBA service available. Amazon FNSKU label and barcode files required for application to each package.
How should I pay?
30% deposit to confirm order, balance payment upon production completion. We accept PayPal, T/T, guarantee slip.
