Yes. We usually provide existing samples for free. Custom designs may require a small sample charge, which is refundable when orders reach certain quantities. Shipping via FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL.
How long is the sample lead time?
Existing samples: 2-3 days (free). Custom designs: 5-7 days, depending on design complexity and printing requirements.
How long is the production lead time?
1 day for MOQ. Daily production capacity is 3,000 sets. Stockless orders up to 5,000 units completed within 10 days.
What file format do you need for custom designs?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF files. Our in-house designers will create 3D drawings for molds or printing screens for your final confirmation.
How many colors are available?
We match colors using the Pantone Matching System. Provide Pantone color codes, or we can recommend popular colors.
Do we need to pay mold cost again for reorders?
If the size doesn't change, you only pay once. Molds are typically usable for extended periods.
How many samples will I get before bulk ordering?
First sample includes your logo for quality confirmation. Confirmed sample is sent for comparison with future bulk orders.
What are the MOQ requirements for printed logos?
MOQ for printed logos is 300 sets. For stock items, lower quantities may be accepted.
What if there are quality problems with bulk orders?
Please send a test report. We'll investigate whether issues occurred during transport or production. Compensation processed within 10 days after assessment.
Do you have FBA service for Amazon?
Yes, FBA service available. Amazon FNSKU labels and barcodes required. We'll apply labels to each package and arrange shipping to FBA.
