Are you a factory?

What is your MoQ?
Usually our MOQ is 48 pcs but we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.
Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days.
How long is the production lead time?
It takes 1 day for MOQ. Usually, the daily production capacity of goggles is 3,000 sets. Within 10 days, 5000 stockless orders will be completed.
What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.
How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors.
Do we need to pay the mold cost again when reordering next time?
If the size does not change, you only need to pay once, usually the mold can be used for a long time.
How many samples will I get before ordering in bulk?
The first sample will carry your logo to confirm our quality. After the test, the confirmed sample will be sent to you to compare again with future bulk cargo.
What is the MOQ for printed logos?
The MOQ for printed logos is 300 sets. Regarding orders placed under the MOQ, if there is stock available, we can accommodate.
What should we do if there are quality problems with bulk orders?
If this problem occurs, please send us a test report. After judgment, compensation will be paid within 10 days.
Do you have FBA service to Amazon?
Yes, the FBA service is ok, and Amazon FNSKU (label and barcode) is required. Bar code files should be sent online and will be pasted on each package.
How should I pay?
The deposit for confirming the order is 30%, and the balance will be paid when the production completion proposal is sent to you. We accept Paypal payment, T/T, guarantee slip.
