Usually our MOQ is 96 pcs, but we accept lower quantity for trial orders. We'll calculate costs based on your required quantity.

Yes. We provide existing samples for free. Custom designs require a small sample charge that's refundable with larger orders. Shipping via FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL takes 2-4 days.
How long is the sample lead time?
Existing samples: 2-3 days (free). Custom designs: 5-7 days depending on design complexity.
How long is the production lead time?
1 day for MOQ. Daily production capacity is 3,000 sets. Stockless orders up to 5,000 units completed within 10 days.
What file format do you need for custom designs?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR or PDF. Our in-house designers will create 3D drawings for mold or printing screen based on your specifications.
How many colors are available?
We match colors using Pantone Matching System. Provide Pantone color codes or we can recommend popular colors.
Do we need to pay mold cost again for reorders?
If the size doesn't change, you only pay once. Molds are durable and can be used long-term.
How many samples will I get before bulk ordering?
First sample with your logo for quality confirmation, then confirmed sample for comparison with bulk order.
What are the MOQ requirements for printed logos?
MOQ for printed logos is 300 sets. For stock items, lower quantities may be accepted.
What if there are quality problems with bulk orders?
Send us a test report. We'll investigate the issue and provide compensation within 10 days if determined to be our responsibility.
Do you have FBA service to Amazon?
Yes, we provide FBA service. Amazon FNSKU labels and barcodes are required, which we'll apply to each package.
How should I pay?
30% deposit to confirm order, balance payment upon production completion. We accept Paypal, T/T, and guarantee slips.
