Usually our MOQ is 96 pcs but we accept lower quantity for trial orders. Please tell us your required quantity and we will calculate the cost accordingly.
Can I get samples?
Yes. We provide existing samples for free. Custom designs require a small sample charge that is refundable when order reaches certain quantity. Shipping via FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL takes 2-4 days.
How long is the sample lead time?
Existing samples: 2-3 days (free). Custom designs: 5-7 days depending on design requirements.
How long is the production lead time?
1 day for MOQ. Daily production capacity is 3,000 sets. 5,000 stockless orders completed within 10 days.
What file format do you need for custom designs?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR or PDF. Our in-house designers will create 3D drawings for mold or printing screen for your confirmation.
How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. Provide Pantone color codes or we can recommend popular colors.
Do we need to pay mold cost again for reorders?
If size doesn't change, you only pay once. Molds are designed for long-term use.
How many samples will I get before bulk ordering?
First sample with your logo for quality confirmation. Confirmed sample sent for comparison with bulk order.
What are the MOQ requirements for printed logos?
MOQ for printed logos is 300 sets. For stock items, lower quantities may be accepted.
What if there are quality problems with bulk orders?
Send us a test report. We will investigate whether issues occurred during transport or production. Compensation processed within 10 days after judgment.
Do you have FBA service to Amazon?
Yes, FBA service available. Requires Amazon FNSKU (label and barcode). Barcode files should be sent online for application on each package.
How should I pay?
30% deposit to confirm order, balance payment when production completion proposal is sent. We accept PayPal, T/T, and guarantee slips.
