Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We ship via FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. For custom designs, it takes 5-7 days.
How long is the production lead time?
It takes 1 day for MOQ. Daily production capacity is 3,000 sets. Within 10 days, 5000 stockless orders will be completed.
What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. You can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF files.
How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. You can provide Pantone color codes or we will recommend popular colors.
Do we need to pay the mold cost again when reordering next time?
If the size does not change, you only need to pay once. The mold can be used for a long time.
How many samples will I get before ordering in bulk?
The first sample will carry your logo to confirm our quality. After testing, the confirmed sample will be sent to you for comparison with future bulk cargo.
How many logos can be printed? Can I order by MOQ?
If the product is in stock, you can accept order. MOQ for printed logos is 300 sets.
What should we do if there are quality problems with bulk orders?
Please send us a test report. After judgment, compensation will be paid within 10 days.
Do you have FBA service to Amazon?
Yes, FBA service is available. Amazon FNSKU (label and barcode) is required.
How should I pay?
The deposit for confirming the order is 30%, and the balance will be paid when production completion proposal is sent. We accept Paypal payment, T/T, guarantee slip.
