What file formats do you need for custom designs?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF files. Our in-house designers will create 3D drawings for mold or printing screen confirmation.
How many colors are available?
We use Pantone Matching System. You can provide Pantone color codes or we can recommend popular colors.
Do I need to pay mold costs again for reorders?
No, if the size remains unchanged, you only pay the mold cost once as it can be used long-term.
How many samples will I receive before bulk ordering?
You'll receive the first sample with your logo for quality confirmation, followed by a confirmed sample for comparison with bulk orders.
What is the MOQ for printed logos?
The MOQ for printed logos is 300 sets. For stock items, we accept orders below MOQ; for non-stock items, we cannot accommodate orders below MOQ.
What happens if there are quality issues with bulk orders?
Please send us a test report. We'll investigate whether issues occurred during transport or production and provide compensation within 10 days if warranted.
Do you provide FBA service for Amazon?
Yes, we offer FBA service. We require Amazon FNSKU labels and barcodes, which we'll apply to each package before shipping to FBA via your preferred method.
What are your payment terms?
