What is your MoQ?
Usually our MOQ is 96 pcs, but we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.
Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free. Custom designs require a small sample charge that is refundable when order reaches certain quantity. Shipping via FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL takes 2-4 days.
How long is the sample lead time?
Existing samples: 2-3 days (free). Custom designs: 5-7 days depending on design requirements.
How long is the production lead time?
1 day for MOQ. Daily production capacity is 3,000 sets. Within 10 days, 5000 stockless orders will be completed.
What file format do you need for custom designs?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR or PDF. Our in-house designers will create 3D drawings for mold or printing screen for your confirmation.
How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. Provide Pantone color codes or we can recommend popular colors.
Do we need to pay mold cost again when reordering?
If size doesn't change, you only pay once. Molds can be used for a long time.
How many samples will I get before bulk ordering?
First sample with your logo for quality confirmation. Confirmed sample sent for comparison with future bulk cargo.
What is the MOQ for printed logos?
MOQ for printed logos is 300 sets. Standard MOQ is 96 sets (mixed colors allowed).
What if there are quality problems with bulk orders?
Send us a test report. We'll investigate and provide compensation within 10 days if issue is factory-related.
Do you have FBA service to Amazon?
Yes, FBA service available. Requires Amazon FNSKU labels and barcodes. We handle labeling and shipping to FBA.
How should I pay?
30% deposit to confirm order, balance paid when production completion proposal sent. Accept Paypal, T/T, guarantee slip.
