This automatic Delta robot feeding workstation is specially designed for high-speed automatic picking, sorting and loading of tiny and small parts. It is widely applied in 3C electronics, semiconductor, food packaging, pharmaceutical, hardware and plastic industries.

Application Scenarios

The system handles bulk disordered small components such as electronic connectors, precision screws, nuts, plastic accessories, capsules, candy and miniature stamped parts. Equipped with vision positioning system, it realizes random material feeding, automatic identification, precise grabbing and orderly palletizing/assembly line feeding.

Working Process
  1. Manual / hopper feeding → Material dispersion and homogenization by flexible vibratory feeder
  2. Top-view camera imaging → Visual recognition of part position and posture → Coordinates transmitted to the Delta robot
  3. High-speed movement of Delta robot → Precise picking (vacuum adsorption)
  4. (Optional) High-speed capturing by bottom camera → Secondary position correction → Parts placed into jigs, carriers or production lines
