Film Faced Plywood Introduction
Film Faced Formwork, also known as film faced plywood, shuttering plywood or concrete formwork panel, is a professional construction material for concrete pouring. It is made of multi-layer wood veneers cross-laminated and hot-pressed as the core, with waterproof phenolic film laminated on both sides under high temperature and pressure. Featuring dense, smooth surface, it is water-resistant, abrasion-resistant and easy for demolding.
It is widely used for concrete walls, columns, slabs, beams, bridges, tunnels, basements and high-rise buildings. With excellent reusability, it has become the mainstream cost-effective formwork material in global construction projects.
