Film Faced Plywood Introduction
High Cycle Reusable Black Film Faced Plywood is hot-pressed with marine-grade WBP phenolic glue. Its durable black phenolic film delivers smooth concrete finish without secondary plastering, cutting much labor expense. Controlled moisture content at 8%–12% prevents warping, delamination and peeling under outdoor rain or long sea transportation. Standard size is 1220×2440mm with thickness from 12mm to 21mm; phenolic type achieves 8–25 reuse cycles. As direct factory supplier, we support custom dimensions.
