Plastic Formwork Introduction
PP building formwork These are new building formwork made from high-temperature extruded, modified PP plastic, featuring a central cavity with ribs. They replace traditional wooden formwork and are now widely used as eco-friendly building materials on construction sites.
PVC building formwork sheets, which are mostly solid or micro-foam homogenous boards that are formed through high-temperature compression. They have replaced wooden boards and are now widely used as construction materials on construction sites.

1. PP Hollow Plastic Formwork
PP Hollow Plastic Formwork Made of modified polypropylene with hollow ribbed honeycomb structure, it is lightweight and cost-effective with the largest market shipment volume. It can be reused 50 to 100 times, serving as the preferred choice for civil construction, wall panels and floor slabs.
2. PVC Plastic Formwork
Manufactured from high-density rigid PVC plastic formwork, this solid formwork resists deformation and heavy loads with outstanding waterproof and anti-corrosion properties. It achieves 50–100 reuse times and is specially applied for culverts, hydraulic projects, sewage tanks and other large irregular structures.
