Film Faced Plywood Introduction
Film Faced Plywood, also known as concrete shuttering plywood, is manufactured by hot-pressing phenolic or melamine impregnated film onto wood veneer core under high temperature. Featuring waterproof, anti-stripping and easy demoulding properties, it delivers smooth concrete surface without extra plastering after pouring. Widely applied in residential construction, bridge, infrastructure, hydraulic projects and overseas construction projects across the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia, it is the mainstream concrete formwork material for global construction works.
