Advantages of H20 Solid Wood Timber Beam
- It boasts higher stiffness than conventional wooden scantlings. The spacing of vertical posts and steel props can be widened, lowering the consumption of formwork materials. It creates spacious working space inside floors, facilitating formwork erection, steel bar binding and concrete pouring, and cutting down material and labor costs for installation.
- With standardized application and proper storage & maintenance, standard-grade beams can be reused over 50 times, while premium LVL grade reaches 80–100 cycles. By contrast, ordinary timber can only serve 5–10 times. It delivers prominent advantages in amortized comprehensive costs for formwork rental companies and long-running construction projects.
- Pre-drilled standard fitting holes on beams enable fast assembly and stripping with connectors, clamps and U-heads. It is fully compatible with independent steel props, ringlock scaffolding, cuplock scaffolding and aluminum formwork systems, and can be mixed with mainstream formwork systems worldwide.
- The integrated glued structure avoids warping, twisting and partial softening commonly seen in ordinary timber. It ensures straight and flat concrete surfaces with controllable verticality and flatness, eliminating extensive surface repairing work and shortening construction schedules.
- Coated with waterproof paint and bonded by water-resistant adhesive, it withstands alkaline corrosion from cement and humid conditions. It performs reliably in basements, water tanks, water plants and coastal construction sites. The material meets environmental standards with no strong irritating odor during construction.
