H20 Timber Beam Introduction
H20 Timber Beam is the core load-bearing component of European formwork systems, belonging to a new type of engineered wood structural beam. It is composed of imported radiata pine flanges and thick waterproof plywood web, bonded with waterproof phenolic glue under high temperature pressing. With a standard I-shaped structure, it features lightweight, ultra-high bending strength, excellent straightness, stable load-bearing capacity and low deformation rate. Coated with yellow waterproof and anti-corrosion paint, and optional plastic end caps for edge protection, it is waterproof, moisture-proof, wear-resistant and highly reusable. Widely applied in floor slabs, wall formwork, column formwork and climbing formwork for high-rise buildings, bridges, tunnels, factories and large commercial buildings, it is the preferred load-bearing wood beam for global high-end infrastructure projects.
Important Note:
For specifications, H20 timber beams are available in multiple standard lengths: 2.45m, 2.65m, 2.90m, 3.30m, 3.60m, 3.90m, 4.50m, 4.90m and 5.90m. Besides, customized timber beams with bespoke lengths or varying web thickness can be produced per clients’ requirements, with a maximum overall length limited to 6 meters.
