Film Faced Formwork Advantages
1. Clear water produces excellent results and saves the need for plastering
- The surface black coating is dense and smooth. After removal of the mold, the concrete is flat and shiny, requiring no plastering or extensive repairs, thus saving a significant amount of labor.
2. Water- and moisture-resistant, durable
- It does not absorb water, does not crack, or form bubbles. It can be used in basements, during rainy seasons, and for pool projects.
3. High turnover rate
- The standard black mold can handle 8 to 10 applications, while the thicker, high-quality version can withstand up to 12 to 15 applications. It is much more durable than the red mold.
4. Convenient for construction
- It can be cut, nailed, and easily shaped. The seams are tightly sewn and do not leak cement. Workers can pick it up quickly.
5. Good value for money
- The unit price is moderate, and it is highly versatile, suitable for construction of buildings, bridges, and municipal infrastructure.
