Product introduction

The composite 3D trolley travels between the homogenization chamber, cooling chamber, and material platform, serving the purpose of moving and transporting aluminum bars. The main frame of the big trolley is welded from 40 # I-beams. The large wheel support adopts 25mm steel plate splicing, and the main body frame of the small trolley adopts 20mm steel plate splicing.

The composition of the trolley consists of a running big trolley, a loading small trolley, a hydraulic pump station, a lifting device, a driving device, a reduction unit and a chain transmission device, a track, anchoring parts and anchor bolts, a safety sliding contact line or cable reel determined after comparison, a material truck control panel, an electric control, ground travel and proximity switches, safety devices, etc.
