10ton capacity aluminum scrap melting furnace for billet casting
Product introduction
This 10-ton melting unit is specially configured to supply qualified molten aluminum for subsequent casting facilities. Operators first blend aluminum ingots and recycled aluminum scraps according to the preset proportion, then feed the mixed raw materials into the furnace via forklift or manual handling.
After material loading is completed, the furnace’s regenerative combustion system will be activated to heat and melt the raw materials. During the heating phase, workers carry out preliminary slag removal and uniform alloy mixing near the furnace outlet.
Once the molten alloy reaches the designated temperature range, staff conduct primary composition calibration and deslagging work, and adjust the liquid temperature to meet the defined process standards.
When the temperature is stabilized again, precise component adjustment, thorough slag cleaning and alloy refining will be implemented. Meanwhile, the combustion system operates continuously to keep the molten metal within the required temperature scope.
After all process indicators are up to standard, the molten aluminum will be delivered to the casting station for the next production procedure.
