Product introduction
This aluminum billet casting water tray is a core supporting device for aluminum alloy semi-continuous hot-top casting lines. It is mainly used with casting platforms for aluminum billets of Φ120mm, Φ135mm and other specifications. It undertakes circulating cooling and water distribution during the solidification of aluminum ingots, and plays a vital role in preventing cracks, deformation and other defects of finished billets.
Equipped with double high-temperature resistant silicone sealing rings and water leakage alarm structure, the tray features excellent sealing performance. All assembly surfaces are precisely processed by CNC gantry machining center. It is suitable for dense arrangement of multiple billets and large-flow cooling water supply. Designed with anti-warping and anti-jump structure for casting ingots, it effectively reduces defective products such as surface cracks and end collapse, and improves the casting yield.
This product is compatible with 6m and longer aluminum billets and various 1-8 series aluminum alloys. Custom sizes, hole layouts and water channel structures are available. It can be matched with 20T, 25T, 45T melting furnaces and casting lines. Featuring stable operation and easy maintenance, it is a reliable choice for aluminum processing factories.
