The pallet buffer position is used to hold incoming pallets, ensuring continuous operation of the bag emptying machine. It is recommended to reserve at least three roller conveyor positions, which reduces machine idle time, improves production efficiency, and facilitates forklift handling and pallet management.
The feeding gripper is used to pick up material bags from pallets and place them at the bag emptying machine’s cutting position. It provides stable gripping and precise positioning, ensuring continuous and efficient bag emptying.
The screw compactor is used to compress and collect empty bags, automatically discharging them to keep the work area clean and improve waste bag handling efficiency.
The empty pallet collector is used to recover empty pallets after bag emptying. It automatically collects and stacks the pallets, ensuring continuous production and facilitating pallet handling and forklift operations.
It features semicircular cutters, and blades can be replaced easily with just a screwdriver to save maintenance time.
