Working Principle
The PVC Horizontal Cooling Mixer works together with a high-speed hot mixer in a complete mixing system.
After hot mixing, the heated PVC compound is discharged into the horizontal cooling chamber. The low-speed rotating paddles continuously move the material while cooling water circulates through the jacket.
The heat generated during hot mixing is quickly removed, allowing the material temperature to decrease evenly.
After reaching the preset cooling temperature, the material is automatically discharged and transferred to the next production process.
