The machine uses a horizontal U-shaped mixing chamber equipped with a double ribbon agitator.

During operation, the motor drives the ribbon shaft to rotate at a constant speed. The inner and outer ribbons move materials in opposite directions, creating continuous convection and diffusion throughout the mixing chamber.
