The IBS-1000 Automatic Ingredient Batching System is designed for accurate weighing and automatic batching of multiple raw materials used in plastic compounding and industrial manufacturing. The system automatically controls the feeding sequence and weighing process according to preset recipes, helping manufacturers improve production efficiency while maintaining consistent product quality.
The IBS-1000 combines storage hoppers, screw feeders, weighing hoppers, high-precision load cells, and an intelligent PLC control system into one integrated solution. Operators can create, edit, and store production recipes through the touch screen, making product changeovers faster and more reliable.
Each material is discharged independently into the weighing hopper. Once the target weight is reached, the system automatically transfers the material to the mixer or downstream processing equipment. This fully automated operation minimizes manual intervention and ensures repeatable production results.
Designed for medium-capacity production, the IBS-1000 can also be integrated with centralized material conveying systems, mixers, extrusion lines, and factory automation systems.
