High Precision Large Sized Radar Calibration Board With Bracket
The Large-Sized Radar Calibration Board With Bracket
The large-sized radar calibration board with bracket is an integrated calibration tool for scenarios such as autonomous driving and industrial robots. It integrates a high-precision calibration target with a movable adjustable bracket, addressing the Challenge of poor deployment flexibility and cumbersome pose adjustment of traditional fixed calibration boards.
1. Core product characteristics:
(1) Calibration board body: Mainstream options include matte-coated carbon fiber or 3mm aluminum plate substrate, with a low thermal expansion coefficient of 2~5×10⁻⁶/℃. The maximum size can reach 3m×5m, and it can be spliced to achieve ultra-large field of view coverage exceeding 10m. The surface features a Lambertian diffuse reflection structure, with a reflectivity range of 1%-99% selectable. It is compatible with mainstream working wavelength bands of lidar such as 905nm and 1550nm, effectively avoiding strong light reflection interference.
(2) Supporting bracket system: Built with industrial-grade aluminum profiles, it features wheels and a mechanical locking structure at the bottom, allowing for quick movement and stable fixation by a single person. It supports 360° panoramic horizontal rotation and ±90° graduated pitch adjustment, with an angle control accuracy of 0.1°. The height can be adjusted over a wide range, covering the installation heights of sensors for all vehicle types, from passenger cars to heavy-duty trucks.
2. Mainstream application scenario:
(1) complete vehicle mass production line: It can quickly adapt to the calibration requirements of different vehicle models, and automatically complete position and attitude adjustments in conjunction with the production line PLC system. The calibration time for a single vehicle can be controlled within 5 minutes, significantly improving the efficiency of production line calibration.
(2) Field testing and after-sales maintenance: The portable design allows for rapid deployment on different road sections in the testing field and also meets the mobile calibration needs of vehicle after-sales services.
(3) Multi-sensor joint calibration: flexibly adjust the pose, cover the full field of view of multiple cameras and lidars, and complete the spatial coordinate unification and external parameter alignment of multiple sensors.
