I．Basic structure

The overall structure is divided into four major modules: the bottom air intake section, the middle fluidized drying section, the top air exhaust and dust removal section, the frame and the electrical control. The entire machine operates under negative pressure in a closed manner.

II．Working principle

The air, after being heated and purified, is drawn in from the bottom by the induced draft fan through the orifice plate of the hopper. In the working chamber, fluidization is formed by stirring and negative pressure, and the moisture evaporates rapidly and is carried away with the exhaust, drying the material quickly.

III．Features

1. The fluidized bed has a circular basic structure to avoid dead corners.

2. The hoppers are set with stirring to prevent the agglomeration of wet materials and the formation of channeling during drying.

3. The drying speed is fast, the temperature is uniform, and the drying time for each batch is generally 20-30 minutes.
