The hollow blade dryer is a highly efficient, energy-saving continuous conductive heating drying equipment widely used in industries such as chemical processing, food, environmental protection, and new energy. It is particularly suitable for drying, cooling, or sterilizing paste-like, filter cake-like, granular, and heat-sensitive materials. 

Its working principle is based on the combination of conductive heating and mechanical stirring. The main unit consists of a horizontal W-shaped shell with a jacket, inside which two hollow paddle shafts rotate either intermeshing or in parallel. Steam, hot water, or thermal oil can be circulated through both the paddles and the shell jacket as heat transfer media. After entering at the feed end, the material is continuously agitated, sheared, and propelled by the rotating paddles, while simultaneously coming into full contact with the heated surfaces of the paddles and shell. Heat is conducted through the walls into the interior of the material, causing moisture to vaporize upon heating. The secondary steam generated during evaporation is discharged through the exhaust port, and a dust removal and condensation recovery system can be installed to achieve solvent recovery.
