I,Basic structure

Vertical cylindrical shape, cylinder with jacket for auxiliary insulation or cooling. Built-in vertical hollow shaft, large and small discs alternately stacked over the hollow shaft. Each layer is equipped with rake arms and rake blades for rotational motion.

II,How it works

Wet materials are continuously fed from the top by a feeder. The rake arm with rake blades rotates, causing the rake blades to continuously stir-fry and push the materials to move outward along the small plate and fall onto the outer edge of the large plate below. The materials on the large plate move inward and fall onto the next layer of small plates. The large and small drying plates are alternately stacked up and down, falling layer by layer, allowing the materials to flow through the entire dryer. The hollow discs conduct heat, entering from one end and exiting from the other. Solvent escapes from the material through the top dehumidification vent and is recovered after being cooled by the condenser. The dried material is continuously discharged from the bottom of the shell and can be directly packaged.
