I. Basic Structure  
The SZG double-cone rotary vacuum dryer consists of a double-cone rotary chamber, supporting frames on both sides, rotary joints, sealing seats, heat source piping, and condensation recovery components.

II. Working Principle  
A heat source (such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is circulated through the closed jacketed space. Heat is transferred from the inner shell to the material being dried. Driven by power, the chamber rotates slowly, continuously mixing the material inside. Under vacuum conditions, the reduced vapor pressure causes moisture (or solvent) on the surface of the material to reach saturation and evaporate, which is promptly extracted and recovered by the vacuum pump. Moisture (or solvent) within the material continuously migrates to the surface, evaporates, and is removed. These three processes occur simultaneously, enabling rapid and efficient drying in a short period.
