I. Basic Structure

The ZLG vibrating fluidized bed dryer consists of a feed hopper, blower, heat exchanger, main vibrating fluidized bed unit, induced draft fan, and cyclone dust collector, forming a complete drying and dust removal system.

II. Working Principle

The equipment synchronizes vibration conveying with hot air drying, ensuring smooth material movement, minimizing breakage, and achieving uniform moisture content in the final product. The entire system features a sealed negative-pressure design, equipped with multi-stage air filtration, and all parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel, enabling easy disassembly and cleaning while complying with GMP standards. Temperature can be controlled in segments, integrating drying in the front section and cooling in the rear section into one process, simplifying the production line layout.
