I.Basic structureThe overall structure is divided into four major modules: the bottom air intake section, the middle fluidized drying section, the top air exhaust and dust removal section, the frame and the electrical control. The entire machine operates under negative pressure in a closed manner.
II.Working principle
During operation, clean hot air enters the chamber from the bottom, lifting the powder material to form a stable fluidized bed. At the top, a spray nozzle evenly atomizes the binder solution, causing the suspended particles to agglomerate into wet granules through collision. The hot air continuously passes through the material, removing moisture and simultaneously completing the drying process. The entire system operates under negative pressure in a closed environment, equipped with a bag filter to recover fine powders, minimizing raw material loss and preventing dust leakage or cross-contamination.
The equipment allows precise control of temperature, airflow, and spray pressure, making it suitable for various materials such as sugar, herbal extracts, and heat-sensitive. It produces granules with high sphericity and uniform porosity, offering excellent solubility and flowability. Compared to traditional wet granulation methods, it eliminates multiple steps including wet granulation and intermediate transfer, significantly improving production efficiency. The chamber is easy to disassemble and reassemble, with polished inner walls free of dead corners, ensuring convenient cleaning and sterilization. Equipped with an automated control system, it enables continuous and stable production, serving as a core drying and granulation unit for granule, tablet, and instant-soluble powder production lines.
III.Features
1. The fluidized bed has a circular basic structure to avoid dead corners.
