I. Working Principle  

Hot air passes upward through the distribution plate, lifting the material; simultaneously, the equipment undergoes slight low-frequency vibration. Under this dual action, particles become suspended and separated from each other, achieving a fluidized state. The hot air directly contacts the material, rapidly removing surface moisture. Driven by the vibrational force, the material moves steadily forward across the bed surface, enabling continuous feeding and discharging.

The moist, heated air after evaporation of moisture is discharged from the top and enters dust removal and purification.

II. Features
