The universal crusher is an impact-type grinding device that breaks materials through impact, shearing, and collision. Materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed inlet and are subjected to high-speed impacts driven by a rapidly rotating moving tooth plate. At the same time, the material repeatedly undergoes shearing, friction, and collision between the moving and fixed tooth plates, causing continuous particle breakdown.

After crushing, the material rotates with the rotor under the influence of airflow. Fine particles pass through the screen at the bottom of the chamber and are discharged, while larger particles are retained by the screen and continue to be crushed repeatedly within the chamber until they reach the desired particle size. The fineness of the final product can be adjusted by replacing screens with different aperture sizes. A built-in fan generates a circulating airflow that not only transports the powder but also carries away heat generated during grinding, reducing material overheating.

The machine features a compact design and is suitable for medium and fine crushing of dry, brittle materials. It is widely used in industries such as food processing, and chemical manufacturing. However, it is not suitable for highly viscous, oil-rich, or thermally sensitive materials.
