Product Overview
The M12 Right-Angle Plug is a space-saving variant of the standard M12×1.0 circular connector, featuring the same IEC 61076-2-101 (A-code sensor/actuator) and IEC 61076-2-109 (D/X-code Ethernet) interfaces. The cable exits at 90° to the mating axis, allowing the plug to seat flush against sensor faces, cabinet walls, or robot wrists without cable interference.
Available as molded cordset or field-wireable screw/IDC plug in straight or 90° configurations, male or female, with plastic (PA66+GF) or 360°-shielded metal shell options. Delivers IP67 sealing (optional IP68/IP69K) and 4A/250V rating on A-code 3-4 pin builds.
Typical dimensions: ≈43mm long × 20mm coupling OD × 35.5mm elbow height, making it ideal where straight M12 connectors would interfere with neighboring ports or fail under side-load stress.
