Product Overview
The M12 Waterproof Plug is the most widely used circular interconnect in factory automation, featuring an M12×1.0 threaded coupling nut and standardized under IEC 61076-2-101 (sensor/actuator A/B-code) and IEC 61076-2-109 (D/X-code Ethernet). It mates with any standard M12 panel receptacle or M12 cordset, delivering IP67 sealing (optional IP68/IP69K) when properly locked with the correct O-ring and cable gland.
Available as field-wireable screw/solder/IDC plug or molded-with-cable cordset in straight or 90° configurations, male or female gender, and plastic (PA66+GF) or 360°-shielded metal shell options. It carries 4 A / 250 V on A-coded 3-4 pin builds and serves 24 VDC sensors, IO-Link, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and compact power feeds.
