Product Introduction
Cementitious Capillary Crystalline Waterproof Coating (CCCW) is a rigid waterproof powder formulated with Portland cement, quartz sand and special active chemical catalysts. Mix the powder with water to form slurry, then brush or dry-spread it onto concrete substrates. When the coating contacts water, internal active ingredients penetrate into capillary cracks and pores of concrete along with water, chemically reacting with hydrated calcium ions in concrete to form insoluble dendritic crystals. These crystals permanently block water seepage passages, delivering self-repair function and long-lasting waterproof performance.
Product Features
- Capillary Crystallization & Automatic Self-repair Active chemicals deeply permeate concrete to generate crystals. Tiny cracks can be sealed by secondary crystallization when exposed to water, blocking water penetration fundamentally instead of merely forming a surface film.
- Rigid & Durable, Integrated With Substrate After curing, the coating bonds integrally with concrete without hollowing or peeling. It retains the breathability of concrete and shares the same service life as the building structure.
- Workable on Both Dry & Wet Substrates Complete drying of the base surface is not required. It can be directly applied on damp concrete without standing water, showing outstanding advantages for construction on the negative side of basements and tunnels.
