Usage Method
- Substrate preparation: Remove dust, laitance and oil; clear loose and raised parts. Keep surface flat & solid, damp surface is acceptable without standing water.
- Mixing: One‑component: stir thoroughly before use. Two‑component: mix strictly according to ratio until uniform without particles.
- Detail reinforcement: Apply 1‑2 coats as extra layer on inside/outside corners, pipe roots and construction joints.
- Multi‑coat application: Apply thin coats successively. Next coat can be applied only after previous coat dries. Brush in cross directions to reach designed total thickness.
- Curing: Natural curing after finishing. Proceed to next procedure only after full curing.
- Protective layer: Apply cement mortar protective layer after film curing for basement and roof projects to prevent mechanical damage.
