Product Introduction
Cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing coating is a powdery rigid waterproof material composed of portland cement, quartz sand, active chemical components and functional additives. After mixing with water, it is brushed or troweled onto concrete substrates. When exposed to water, active ingredients penetrate into concrete capillary pores and form water‑insoluble crystals to block pores and fine cracks, enabling concrete itself to gain waterproof performance. It is applicable for both positive‑side and negative‑side waterproofing.

Product Features
- Capillary crystallization & self‑healing: Active components penetrate concrete to form crystals, sealing fine cracks up to 0.4 mm. It realizes crack self‑repair under water contact.
- Negative‑side waterproofing available: Suitable for basement, tunnel and other structures against reverse water pressure.
- Integrated with concrete structure: No surface film formed. Resists peeling, blistering and aging. Service life matches concrete structure.
- Strong substrate compatibility: Excellent bonding with concrete. Mortar plastering and tile laying can be carried out directly on cured coating without extra primer.
- Inorganic eco‑friendly material: Non‑toxic, safe for drinking‑water tanks and water‑storage structures.
- Workable on damp substrate: Apply on damp concrete surface; standing water should be removed.
- High hydro‑pressure resistance & anti‑aging: Good resistance to underground water corrosion and long‑term immersion.
Limitation: Rigid material without elasticity. Large structural cracks shall be treated with flexible waterproof materials.
