Lead Battery Rotary Smelting Furnace

This rotary furnace is professional equipment for smelting crude lead from waste lead-acid batteries and various lead-bearing scraps. The system presents a complete smelting workflow including raw material loading, sealed high-temperature rotary heating, internal material tumbling, reduction reaction, and crude lead tapping.

While the furnace maintains continuous rotation, lead-containing materials are evenly heated inside the chamber. Under high-temperature reduction environment, lead compounds are converted into molten crude lead. Slag and other impurities are effectively separated from liquid lead, and qualified crude lead flows steadily out of the tapping hole.
