10 Ton Lead Refining System | Lead Refining Furnace for Lead Acid Battery Recycling

This 10-ton lead refining system is designed for crude lead refining and lead-alloy preparation in waste lead-acid battery recycling facilities. The complete line integrates melting, alloying, fume collection and molten lead transfer into one compact workstation.

Main Configuration:

- 10Ton lead refining pot, 20g boiler steel plate δ=30mm, semi-spherical bottom

- Lead pot cover with manual double doors and lead-dust collecting pipeline

- Dual-fuel combustion system (natural gas / fuel oil), 500,000 kcal/h

- Forced-draft & induced-draft fan set with air volume regulating valves

- Lead agitator for even lead-alloy mixing

- Lead pump for transferring molten lead

- Complete electrical control system

Structure:

Furnace shell Q235 steel δ=10mm with W61 heat-resistant silicone paint. Inner insulation: 200mm ceramic fiber modules; refractory lining: high-aluminum castable, on-site tamping construction. Steel working platform can be fabricated on-site by customer.
