The refining furnace body provides structural support and thermal insulation for the lead refining pot. It is engineered for high thermal efficiency and long-term durability in continuous lead refining operations.
Construction Details:
- Shell: Q235 section steel and steel plate δ=10mm
- Surface coating: W61 silver-gray organosilicon heat-resistant paint (after anti-corrosion treatment)
- Insulation layer: 200mm ceramic fiber modules anchored to shell steel plate
- Refractory layer: High-aluminum refractory aggregate and powder with composite chemical additives (castable), installed by on-site tamping method
