Product Overview
XCF/KYF II Flotation Machine is an pneumatic mechanical agitation flotation machine designed for roughing and cleaning operations in medium to large mineral processing plants.
The series includes XCF II and KYF II flotation machines. The XCF type features suction capability, while the KYF type does not. When used together, XCF can serve as the first flotation cell, with KYF units installed in subsequent cells.
This combination configuration allows flotation cells to be arranged horizontally and eliminates the need for foam reflux pumps between connected flotation cells.
The machine is suitable for flotation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals. Applicable feed particle size is approximately 0.3-0.01 mm, with particles smaller than 0.074 mm accounting for over 50%.

Working Principle
XCF/KYF II Flotation Machine utilizes mechanical agitation and aeration to create the required flotation environment.
During operation, the impeller rotates within the flotation tank, agitating the pulp while mixing air into it. Hydrophobic mineral particles attach to air bubbles and rise to the pulp surface to form mineralized foam. The foam is collected as concentrate, while the remaining pulp continues to circulate in the flotation circuit.
