Non Ferrous Metal Ore Flotation Machine 1 M3 To 160 M3 For Separation And Beneficiation
Non-Ferrous Metal Ore Flotation Machine for Mineral Processing
Product Introduction
The Non-Ferrous Metal Ore Flotation Machine is used for the separation and beneficiation of copper, lead-zinc, molybdenum and other non-ferrous metal ores suitable for froth flotation.
It can be configured for roughing, scavenging and cleaning, with available cell volumes from 1 m³ to 160 m³ for different processing capacities and flotation circuits.
Key Features
- Non-Ferrous Ore Application: Suitable for copper, lead-zinc, molybdenum and other ores suitable for flotation.
- Multiple Flotation Stages: Supports roughing, scavenging and cleaning.
- 1–160 m³ Cell Volume: Multiple sizes available for different processing requirements.
- XCF II / KYF II Configuration: XCF II provides slurry suction, while KYF II can be combined with XCF II according to circuit requirements.
- Flexible Circuit Configuration: Cell size and quantity can be selected according to processing capacity and flotation circuit requirements.
Working Principle
Conditioned ore slurry enters the flotation cell, where mechanical agitation and air dispersion promote bubble formation. Under suitable flotation conditions, hydrophobic valuable mineral particles attach to bubbles and rise to the froth layer for separation.
Actual flotation performance depends on ore characteristics, particle size, reagent conditions and operating parameters.
