JJF II Self-Aspirating Flotation Machine with 1-28 m³ Cell Volume or Mineral Processing 0

Product Overview

The JJF II Self-Aspirating Flotation Machine is engineered for flotation separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals. The innovative guide tube and false bottom arrangement beneath the impeller promotes large-scale slurry circulation in the lower part of the flotation cell, effectively preventing mineral particle settlement.

Key Features
Self-Aspirating Air System
Impeller rotation generates negative pressure to draw air into the flotation mechanism
Enhanced Slurry Circulation
Guide tube and false-bottom design promotes optimal slurry movement
Particle Settlement Prevention
Continuous slurry circulation minimizes mineral particle settling
Efficient Mixing
Impeller and stator promote effective air-slurry mixing and distribution
Multiple Configurations
Available in 1-28 m³ cell volumes for various processing requirements
Structural Components

The JJF II flotation machine consists of:

JJF II Self-Aspirating Flotation Machine with 1-28 m³ Cell Volume or Mineral Processing 1

The guide tube and false bottom beneath the impeller are critical structural features that enable superior slurry circulation in the lower flotation cell section.

Operating Principle

During operation, impeller rotation creates a vortex within the vertical tube and guide tube, generating negative pressure that draws air through the air inlet pipe. Air mixes with slurry entering through the guide tube in the impeller and stator area. The impeller drives the air-slurry mixture tangentially, while the stator converts this flow into radial movement for distribution throughout the flotation cell.

Mineralized bubbles rise to the froth layer, where froth product is removed via single-side or double-side scraping.

Process Flow: Slurry Circulation → Air Suction → Air-Slurry Mixing → Radial Distribution → Mineralized Bubble Rising → Froth Removal
